Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on services rendered (transportation, warehousing, freight, etc.).
  • Verify job completion status with operations before billing.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for job order details and pricing confirmations.
  • Ensure billing is done as per contractual agreements or rate cards.
  • Track and monitor all billing schedules and ensure timely dispatch of invoices.
  • Maintain records of invoices, debit/credit notes, and other billing documents.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies by working with internal departments and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations.
  • Reconcile billing data with accounts receivable records.
  • Assist in periodic audits and internal reporting.
  • Generate reports on billed revenue, outstanding invoices, and aging summaries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
