Key Responsibilities : Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on services rendered (transportation, warehousing, freight, etc.). Verify job completion status with operations before billing. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for job order details and pricing confirmations. Ensure billing is done as per contractual agreements or rate cards. Track and monitor all billing schedules and ensure timely dispatch of invoices. Maintain records of invoices, debit/credit notes, and other billing documents. Resolve billing discrepancies by working with internal departments and customers. Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations. Reconcile billing data with accounts receivable records. Assist in periodic audits and internal reporting. Manage end-to-end billing processes across multiple clients or business units. Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices in compliance with contracts and SLAs. Perform detailed revenue analysis and reconcile billing data with accounting records. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to validate billing inputs. Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and escalations efficiently. Maintain and update billing systems, customer records, and rate cards.
