Billing Engineers / Quantity Engineers

As a Billing Engineer at GUNNAM Infra projects in Hyderabad and Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to plan and bill clients in accordance with project levels and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). You will be required to conduct rate analysis, estimate bills, and manage costing efficiently. You will also be responsible for verifying bills, preparing BOQs, inspecting and verifying works measurements, and processing invoices as per terms and contracts. In this role, you will be expected to monitor and control all activities related to site execution work, ensure compliance with quality procedures and systems at sites, and manage inventory and reconciliation effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in the verification and approval of bills from contractors, as well as ensuring construction work is carried out as per planned schedules. Your duties will also include quantity surveying activities, coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the project, and demonstrating the ability to understand project designs effectively.
