Job Description

As a Civil Site Billing Engineer at Palakkad Project, Kerala with M/s SARTHAK CONTRACTS PVT. LTD., you will play a crucial role in handling site work billing for industrial projects such as Refineries, Steel Plants, Oil & Gas Terminals, and Hardcore Infrastructure sector. Your qualifications should include a B. Tech. / B. E. in Civil Engineering along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare both Client and sub-contractor billing accurately - Create running account bills and final bills efficiently - Demonstrate knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation - Familiarity with earth work, excavation techniques, and earth filling in layers - Proficiency in various grades of concrete work, shuttering, RMC grades, and site mixing of different grades - Experience in structure formwork, brickwork, plastering in layers, and civil structure painting - Conversant with various IS standards related to civil measurement Qualifications Required: - B. Tech. / B. E. in Civil Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in site work billing for industrial projects - Familiarity with Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and various construction techniques - Knowledge of IS standards related to civil measurement Please note that this is a full-time position located in Palakkad, Kerala.
