Job Description

Hiring: Billing Engineer – Interior Projects

Intermarc is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with strong knowledge of MB Book preparation, ApxTrak, and interior project billing.

Work Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining MB Books and measurement records.
Working efficiently on ApxTrak and other billing software/tools.
Preparing RA bills, final bills, contractor bills, and billing documentation.
Verifying site measurements and coordinating with project & site teams.
Strong understanding of interior works, BOQ, drawings & specifications.
Ensuring accuracy in quantities, reconciliation, and billing processes.

Requirements

Experience: 3–4 years in billing, preferably in interior projects.
Good knowledge of billing procedures, MB entries, and rate analysis.
Strong project understanding and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and excellent documentation ability.
