Job Description

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Interior Fit-Outs

Location:

Job Summary:

Quantity Surveyor

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for interior fit-out projects.
Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Track project costs and variations to ensure budget compliance and cost efficiency.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate work completed for valuation.
Manage tendering processes including RFQs, bid analysis, and recommendations.
Prepare interim and final payment applications and certifications.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier claims, variations, and final accounts.
Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to align on cost and scope changes.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or specifications.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all commercial activities.
