Billing Assistant / Customer Relations

Ottom Automobiles Private Limited is a part of jThree which is involved in various verticals of automobile related activities including dealerships tyres batteries etc.

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Cashier / Billing Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and MS Office. Requirements. Prior experience in administrative and accounting roles is an added advantage.

The expected Candidate must have

· Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word

Ability to understand the need of the customers

· Basic knowledge of banking,

· E- way bills and other similar work ·

· Ability to keep documents and data well organized.

Basic Duties include but not limited to.

· Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments

· Daily Bank Reconciliation

· Payment Collection & Follow-up

· Monthly GST Working & Filing

· Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

· Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing

· Daily Stock maintain and report

· Handling petty Cash Records.

· Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly

· Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS

· Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax - Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting

· Prepare Salary Statement - Finalization of Accounts

Pay: ₹9,239.78 - ₹19,512.52 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
