Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Billing Assistant to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Badli Road, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in billing and accounting.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and process bills for turnkey contractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and the accounts team for accurate billing.
  • Maintain records and support billing documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills and accuracy in entries.
  • Process and manage vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve billing discrepancies.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of billing software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
