Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Billing Assistant to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Badli Road, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in billing and accounting.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and process bills for turnkey contractors and vendors.
Coordinate with site engineers and the accounts team for accurate billing.
Maintain records and support billing documentation.
Ensure timely submission of bills and accuracy in entries.
Process and manage vendor payments.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve billing discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and accounting.
Strong knowledge of billing software and systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
