Job Title: Billing Executive Job Summary: The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the company’s billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting the accounts department in reconciliation and reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time. Verify billing data and ensure all charges are properly authorized and recorded. Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams to collect necessary billing information. Maintain and update customer billing records in the system. Follow up with clients for payment and resolve billing-related queries. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records of transactions. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes. Generate billing reports and share with management as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial standards. Support audit requirements with proper documentation.
