Billing and Collections Specialist

As a Billing and Collections Specialist at Envoy Global, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with clients and ensuring timely invoicing and collections outreach. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing relationships with a growing list of clients by consolidating and distributing monthly invoices promptly and conducting collections outreach for overdue balances. - Utilizing and maintaining third-party billing websites for invoice submission and collections communication. - Collaborating with Finance, Customer Experience, and Account Management teams to identify operational feedback and address process gaps. - Assisting in creating or updating internal and customer-facing reports on a recurring or as-needed basis. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. - Have 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing position. - Exhibit a passion for technology and a knack for quickly adapting to new tech tools. - Demonstrate excellent written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics. - Showcase motivation, drive, and persistence in proactively solving customer issues while maintaining composure under pressure. - Show eagerness to learn a new industry and product to become an expert. - Fluent in English. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in Reporting. - Display a keen eye for detail.
