Description
As a Senior Associate DevOps Engineer at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for consulting with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium complexity. Your role will involve supporting the translation of business requirements into technology terms, developing algorithms and programming code for software solutions, and designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software code to enable computer systems to perform specific tasks. - Work closely with Platform Specialists to receive detailed business/user requirement specifications that identify the goals of the program. - Assist with the preparation of a technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flow through the computer and its peripheral or related equipment. - Analyze business requirements and ensure that the designed solution meets those requirements. - Transform the detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document that focuses on how to deliver the required functionality. - Support with compiling detailed technical specifications based on their designs for developers or IT Programmers to implement. - Support with converting a design into a complete information system, including acquiring and installing the systems environment, creating and testing databases, preparing test case procedures, coding, compiling, refining programs, and performing test readiness review. - Ensure that the development phase process is documented, including development procedures for application use and security. - Examine any program errors in logic and data, make necessary recommendations to correct the program, and escalate problems accordingly. - Assist with the installation and deployment of the application, resolve any problems identified in integration and test phases, and support all code sets and implementations in production. - Write and distribute task descriptions in a production environment to operate and maintain the solution designed and implemented. - Perform any other related tasks as required.
