BI & R Engineering

As a BI Engineer at PepsiCo's BI and Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation journey of the Strategy & Transformation organization. Your responsibilities will involve re-imagining and digitizing various capabilities, processes, services, and reporting for the enterprise by harnessing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, and Conversational AI. Collaborating with business stakeholders, sectors, markets, and regions, you will design, develop, and deploy digital products and solutions to drive innovation and efficiency. - Consult and collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Solution Designers to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for digitization. - Develop user stories and customer journeys to identify pain points and create a vision for future state product enhancements. - Create product visions including sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in conjunction with business stakeholders. - Generate business requirements for digital product requests and collaborate with Product Designers to refine business cases. - Ensure alignment of digital product development with business standards by working closely with S&T BI & Reporting Engineers and Developers. - Utilize insights from user testing to iteratively improve future digital products through a user-centric design approach. Qualifications: - 7-9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in digitally enabled process improvement using advanced technologies like AI, ML, and Conversational AI. - Proficiency in understanding business requirements, defining product features, and creating end-to-end digital user experiences. - Experience in effectively communicating design concepts to Developers and Engineers through detailed documentation and specifications. - Strong grasp of Agile product development methodologies and experience in Agile project environments. - Knowledge of design principles, user-centered design, design thinking, lean/agile best practices, and relevant tools. - Familiarity with the latest UI/UX standards, trends, and tools. - Preferred prior experience and active involvement in digital transformation initiatives.,
