BI Engineer(Tableau)-Specialist - Operate

As a Specialist at PwC, your role in managed services will involve focusing on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance, and delivery risk. You will be responsible for continuous improvement and optimizing the managed services process, tools, and services to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency for clients. Your work will require skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services. Key Responsibilities: - Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. - Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. - Review work and deliverables for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Adhere to SLAs, incident management, change management, and problem management processes. - Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading engagements. - Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Contribute to COE activities and take up cross-competency work. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or a relevant field. - 0.6 - 2.0 years of experience in BI Engineering. - Strong communication, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
