Role Overview: As a Report and Dashboard Developer at SOTI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various business units. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business insights. Additionally, you will be involved in data modeling, integration, performance monitoring, documentation, and providing training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards - Develop and maintain data models to support business requirements - Integrate data from various sources into SQL Server and Azure Synapse - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, reports, dashboards, and processes - Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions - Provide support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in SQL using SQL Server, Azure Synapse Analytics - 2-3 years of experience with Power BI report development and deployment - Experience in BI development and data analysis - Experience with Data Warehouse concepts and ETL tools - Experience using Cloud architecture, NoSQL databases, and R/Python is a plus - Experience building data pipelines to integrate with unstructured data sources is a plus - Sales/Marketing business background is a plus - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and research skills - Ability to multitask and interact with a diverse internal user/customer base - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills If you are looking to bring your ideas to life and work with the latest technologies, apply at SOTI today.
