BI Developer Associate (BI and Analytics)

Role Overview: You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau. As a BI Developer Senior Associate within the Asset and Wealth Management Finance Transformation and Analytics team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Design the technical and information architecture for the Management Information Systems (MIS) including DataMarts and Reporting Environments. - Focus on data modeling and database design specifically for the Asset and Wealth Management Line of Business (LOB). - Support the MIS team in query optimization and deployment of BI technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, MS SQL Server (T-SQL programming), SSIS, and SSRS. - Design and develop complex dashboards from large and diverse data sets. - Scope, prioritize, and coordinate activities with product owners. - Partner with technology teams to identify solutions necessary for establishing a robust MIS environment. - Design and develop complex queries to provide data inputs for dashboards/reports from large data sets. - Work on agile improvements by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team, advocating for and steering the team to implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflow. - Possess expertise in reporting methodologies, data manipulation & analytics tools, and visualization and presentation of enterprise data. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Engineering. A different field of study with significant professional experience in BI Development is also acceptable. - Strong Data Warehousing-BI Skills with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Data warehousing, ETL, and visualization. - Strong work experience in data wrangling tools like Alteryx. - Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools including Alteryx, Tableau, MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Databricks, and ThoughtSpot. - Knowledge in querying data from databases such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, and Databricks. - Strong knowledge of designing database architecture and building scalable visualization solutions, ability to write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience in building end-to-end ETL processes and working with multiple data sources handling large volumes of data. - Experienced in converting data into information and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards. - Good communication and analytical skills. Additional Company Details: Exposure to cloud-based Analytics and Python would be advantageous. Familiarity with automation tools like UIPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, CI/CD workflows, automated deployment, and scheduling tools like Control M is preferred.,
