BI Data Analytics Sisense

The company is seeking a BI/Data Analyst to join the Internal Systems team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data warehouse, cubes, and dashboards for the executive team across all business functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong math aptitude, and have the ability to create information widgets summarizing performance metrics within various dimensions. Collaboration with all levels of the organization is essential, requiring an understanding of different business applications and their functions within a global setting. Responsibilities include extracting, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify key metrics, transforming raw data into actionable insights, integrating and refining data from multiple applications, and delivering visually impactful dashboards for data reporting. The BI/Data Analyst will communicate findings to stakeholders, provide recommendations for improving business performance, build complex SQL queries, and ensure data consistency through in-depth validation from various source systems. Key Goals and Performance Expectations: - Identify source data, develop warehouses, and generate dashboards and widgets in a BI tool. - Learn elastic cube technology and deliver widgets through UI/UX and other methods. - Be proficient in company products, services, and organizational information needs. - Communicate effectively with all functional areas and provide prompt support. - Demonstrate exceptional technical and behavioral competence. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, a minimum of 4 years of industry experience in data analytics, familiarity with Sisense BI Tool, and experience in ERP, CRM, and data analysis. The candidate should have the ability to work independently in a demanding environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
