Job Description

Job Summary:

BI/Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business goals and processes into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
Interface with Adobe BUs, product managers, and technical teams to define user stories and technical documentation in Agile (Jira).
Design and build dashboards and database-driven analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Deliver data visualizations and stories to drive insights and decision-making.
Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to generate business recommendations.
Support development of self-serve data models and cube designs (OLAP, MDX/DAX).
Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis from complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in BI/reporting and data analysis roles.
Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy).
Hands-on experience with OLAP/multi-dimensional cube models.
Proficient in SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
Experience with big data platforms (HANA, Hadoop, Redshift) and ETL/streaming pipelines.
Agile methodology experience; Jira documentation proficiency.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Analytics/CS or MBA is a plus.
