As a fresher I must say thet BFC Softtech is a best place to start your career. You can learn the ethics along with the technology. Surrounding people are helpful and treats you well and most importantly teach you things you've never done

In addition to the technical issues, I found the staff to be unprofessional. When I raised concerns, the response was defensive, and I was met with excuses rather than solutions. It’s difficult to work with a team that doesn’t take feedback seriously or seem willing to improve.

It's been around 7 months since I have joined BFC Softtech . The finest part about working here is the culture; we don't work as a company here; we work as a community. If you are willing to learn, there are numerous learning possibilities available.

This Job is really awsome and it is interesting. I get paid for what I am doing, at the correct interval. It is really flexible and I like my Job. I must say working at the BFC softtech is really a different experience.

I worked previously, I can not say about this company because here no way of working, no profession employee, here senior have to way to work, no way to talk. All series is failure employee. if you are not believing on me you can judge on interview time. Interviewer have no communication skills and no good manner to talk.
