About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. Lead Conversion 1. Handle all leads provided by the company. 2. Engage with prospects through calls, messages, and meetings. 3. Persuade and convert potential buyers into confirmed sales. B. Client Management 1. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients. 2. Maintain accurate details of each client's visit, preferences, and requirements. 3. Build strong relationships with clients to gain trust and increase chances of closure. C. Follow-Up & Reporting 1. Consistently follow up with potential clients until closure. 2. Update daily records of client status, including hot, warm, and cold leads. 3. Share progress and sales reports with management on a regular basis. D. Sales Closure 1. Negotiate terms and pricing as per company guidelines. 2. Assist clients with documentation and booking formalities. 3. Ensure timely completion of the sales process from lead to closure. E. On-Site Presence 1. Be present full-time at the project's on-site office on Hennur Road. 2. Provide walk-in customers with project details, brochures, and cost sheets. 3. Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all clients visiting the site. F. Market Awareness 1. Stay updated with competitor projects and pricing trends. 2. Share valuable insights with the management to improve the sales strategy. G. Customer Satisfaction 1. Address client queries promptly and professionally. 2. Provide end-to-end support until handover of the villa.
