Role OverviewWe are seeking energetic and empathetic Customer Support Agents who will be the voice of KloQ Ride. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, assist drivers, and ensure smooth ride experiences through calls, chats, and emails. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and chats from riders and drivers promptly and professionally. Assist customers with ride booking issues, payments, and app troubleshooting. Manage driver-related queries, including onboarding and support. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the system. Escalate complex issues to the operations team when needed. Ensure timely follow-ups to provide closure to customer concerns. Promote a positive customer experience and uphold KloQ Ride’s service standards. Provide daily and weekly reports to the team lead or manager. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in customer support or related field. Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset. Problem-solving attitude with quick decision-making skills. Preferred Skills (Bonus)Prior experience with ride-hailing services.
