Job Description

Provide Level 2 support for BeyondTrust Remote Support solution.

Manage users, access controls, and session policies in line with security and compliance standards.
Monitor system performance, availability, and logs; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of BeyondTrust environments.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service management teams to ensure secure and seamless integration.
Support audits and compliance initiatives by generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Assist in onboarding new users and teams to the BeyondTrust Remote Support platform, including training and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot integration issues with identity providers (LDAP, AD, SAML, etc.) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Stay current with BeyondTrust product updates and recommend enhancements or best practices.

Your Profile

Minimum requirement of 3+ years experience in BeyondTrust Remote Access platform.
Exposure to IGA tools like Omada or Sailpoint is added advantage along with PAM solutions like Cyberark.
Understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID solutions (nice to have).
Strong understanding of remote access technologies, PAM concepts, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
Familiarity with authentication protocols (LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, RADIUS).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
