Role & responsibilities In discharge of your duties, you are expected to: Reviewing, drafting, vetting, negotiating, and handling independently (or with minimal guidance) domestic/international business contracts in the manufacturing sector including for E-mobility business. Mapping risks and liabilities for appropriate contracts and contract management. Conducting Legal Research & Analysis and Provide requested Legal Opinion in relation to various commercial laws, company laws etc. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. Assist your reporting manager in managing legal aspects of M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring, documentation, and post-deal integration. LL.B. (preferably with 5 years law course post 10+2) Or LLM - from reputed law schools in India. Company Secretary qualification is preferable or having prior experience working company law matters. Min. 4 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in handling legal matters including contract review & analysis, company law related matters as an in-housel lawyer or with at least Tier 2 law firm Preferable sector: Manufacturing setup or EV Preferred candidate profile Self-motivated, sound oral and written communication, ability to manage workloads involving tasks of varying priority and complexity. You will perform functions of a managerial nature, basis the requirement of the assignment. You are expected to have ability to recognize when to escalate and when to take independent decisions/exercise discretion while working on
