Bending Machine Operator (Sheet Metal)

As a skilled Bending Machine Operator, your role involves overseeing the sheet metal section for a TRUMPF Bending Machine. Your primary responsibilities include: - Efficient programming and optimization of material usage through nesting - Generating accurate NC files to ensure smooth shop-floor execution To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of Bending Machine operations and be capable of working independently. Additionally, a strong knowledge of machine operations, margins, nesting, and component drawings is essential. You will also be responsible for: - Reading and interpreting engineered product drawings - Adjusting machine cutting paths or settings to enhance production efficiency - Performing minor repairs and daily maintenance on Bending machines - Effective coordination with other departments such as engineering and purchase to meet production targets Qualifications required for this position include: - ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience operating Bending Machines Machine Details: - TRUMPF BENDING MACHINE - MODEL NO. V320 This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh with benefits including health insurance.
