We are expanding and looking to onboard a Bench Sales Recruiter to support our staffing and placement operations.
Position Open
Bench Sales Recruiter – Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales and recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Bench Sales: Market and place bench candidates by identifying suitable opportunities with clients and vendors.
Candidate Placement: Ensure successful deployment of consultants by coordinating with clients and third‑party vendors.
Client & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
Negotiation: Handle rate negotiations and contract discussions with vendors and clients.
Market Research: Track current openings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maximize placements.
Recruitment Activities: Source, screen, and engage new candidates for IT roles; maintain a pipeline of talent for future bench and client requirements.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
