Job Description

Techlance IT Inc. is looBench king for an experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing, marketing consultants, building vendor relationships, and securing placements for consultants on the bench.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to suitable vendors and implementation partners for contract opportunities.
• Work with consultants across various visa categories, including H-1B, H-4 EAD, Green Card, GC EAD, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, and other applicable work authorizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Negotiate rates and close suitable contract opportunities for consultants.
• Submit qualified consultant profiles to relevant job requirements and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up until placement.
• Maintain updated consultant profiles, marketing trackers, and submission records.
• Identify new vendors and expand the company's marketing network.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and consulting industry.
• Proven ability to market consultants across different visa categories.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hydernagar, Hyderabad, during US business hours.
