Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Bench Recruiter to source and onboard fresh OPT/CPT/STEM OPT graduates and H1B transfer candidates for our US and Canada bench. You will connect with students, universities, and candidate communities to build a strong pipeline of consultants ready for placement. This is a candidate acquisition role — not vendor marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing (USA & Canada): Identify and engage OPT/CPT/STEM OPT graduates, H1B transfer candidates, and Canada PGWP/PR candidates through LinkedIn, university career pages, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, Facebook groups, and job boards.
• University & Community Outreach: Build relationships with university international student offices, desi student associations, and alumni networks to generate candidate referrals.
• Screening & Qualification: Verify work authorization (OPT/CPT/STEM OPT/H1B/Canada PGWP/PR), graduation timelines, EAD status, and skill sets; assess communication and technical readiness.
• Onboarding to Bench: Guide candidates through documentation (resume, EAD card, I-20, passport, visa copies) and onboard them to the bench with clear expectations.
• Compliance Awareness: Educate candidates on OPT unemployment rules, SEVIS/DSO reporting, and I-983 training plans to keep them compliant while on bench.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a tracker of sourced candidates, follow-up status, and bench readiness; share weekly pipeline reports.
• Employer Branding: Create engaging posts/job ads on LinkedIn, Indeed, and student groups to attract OPT/CPT talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: [e.g., 0–6 months] in US IT recruiting, bench recruitment, or OPT/CPT candidate sourcing. Freshers with strong outreach skills may apply.
• Visa Knowledge: Understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, USC, and Canada PGWP/PR/Work Permit .
• Sourcing Channels: Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, university portals, and social/community groups.
• Communication: Excellent English (written/spoken); comfortable calling and messaging candidates across US/Canada time zones.
• Compliance Mindset: Ability to track EAD dates, unemployment days, and SEVIS reporting deadlines.
• Attitude: High-volume outreach, persistent follow-up, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
