Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at iClouteq . The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales and should be good at marketing consultants, handling vendors, and closing positions. Roles & Responsibilities: Market our bench consultants (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, EAD) to Tier-1 vendors and clients . Work with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder , and use LinkedIn and other social media to find job opportunities. Speak with vendors and get interview calls for consultants. Submit profiles, schedule interviews, and follow up until the consultant is placed. Build good relationships with vendors and clients. Prepare and update daily/weekly reports on submissions and interviews. Be in regular contact with consultants and keep them updated.
