Bell Boy(Only Boys)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival at entrances/concourse.
• Assist guests with their luggage, shopping bags, coats, strollers, wheelchairs etc.
• Transport items (bags, trolleys) safely from entrance to vehicle or guest’s destination within the mall.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment at the guest‑service area, entrance lobby, valet zone, etc.
• Provide directions and information about mall facilities (parking, restrooms, lifts, etc).
• Coordinate with valet/parking staff, concierge desk, security team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest/visitor needs and anticipate assistance.
• Report any damaged/lost items, unusual incidents, or concerns to supervisor.
• Adhere to uniform guidelines, grooming standards, attendance and punctuality.
• Attend training sessions on guest services, safety, emergency procedures as directed.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school certificate 12th pass preferred.
• Good physical fitness (ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry items as needed).
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills (basic English + local language).
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts (including weekends, evenings, public holidays) as per mall operations.
• Familiarity with the mall layout is a plus or willingness to quickly learn.
• Professional appearance and grooming.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
