Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Experience Role. The candidate will oversee all aspects of customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, analyzing customer feedback, and leading a team to deliver outstanding service.
