Behavioural Science Intern

As a Behavioural Science Intern, your role involves delving into the underlying factors that drive user actions. Your responsibilities will include: - Studying user behavior within the app to pinpoint friction points, sources of motivation, and decision-making patterns. - Analyzing interaction data, feedback, and drop-offs in user journeys to derive actionable insights. - Collaborating closely with design, development, and marketing teams to test hypotheses effectively. - Contributing to product roadmap discussions with a behavior-first perspective. - Supporting the creation of in-app nudges, habit loops, and features informed by behavioral science. - Participating in the development of feedback models to gauge real user sentiment and intent. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess a background or keen interest in disciplines such as Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or HCI. - Demonstrate analytical prowess and inquisitiveness, with a penchant for asking "why" rather than "what". - Be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data. - Show interest in understanding how design, product features, and language influence user behavior. - Availability for full-time work at our Hyderabad office is mandatory. - Experience with tools like Figma, Mixpanel, Notion, Excel, or other user research tools is a bonus.
