Behaviour Technician

As a Behaviour technician (ABA), your primary responsibility will be to provide direct one-on-one behavioural interventions to children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental delays. You will be focused on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, as well as helping generalize these skills in various settings. Additionally, you will be directly involved in implementing treatment plans related to skill-acquisition and behavior reduction. Your role will also include assisting a Behaviour analyst in creating progress reports for clients. It is essential to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship by pairing yourself as a reinforcing entity and building value for the child. Furthermore, you will be required to accurately collect behavior data on MS Excel daily and graph the data as needed. Qualifications Required: - Candidates preferably have psychology as majors (graduate/pursuing graduation) and/or other graduates with excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, or Hindi. - Ability to empathize with clients and their family members. - Must demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability when working with clients and their family members.
