• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized, expert product recommendations.
• Provide each customer with a unique, tailored in-store experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
• Adhere to store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
• Support the store in-charge with daily operations and administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep product knowledge up to date to provide accurate information and guidance.
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards, reflecting the brand’s image at all times.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail is required.
