About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team! In this role, you will assist clients in finding the right beauty products, offer expert advice, and help create an exceptional in-store experience. If you have a love for cosmetics, skincare, and providing top-notch customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selections tailored to their beauty needs
• Demonstrate and apply makeup/skincare products when appropriate
• Maintain deep knowledge of current beauty trends, new product launches, and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are visually appealing
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Handle transactions and returns accurately and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the beauty area

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and customer service
