Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations in the beauty and personal care segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor and retailer networks, expanding market presence, and ensuring brand visibility at the ground level. This role involves extensive fieldwork, relationship management, and hands-on execution of sales strategies in the assigned area. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within an assigned geographic zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding dealer/distributor networks, managing a field sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This is a field-intensive role with frequent travel across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market Expansion Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and B2B clients (e.g., architects, builders, institutional buyers). Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support. Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and influencers.
