Key Skills Required

Previous experience as beauty advisor or similar role for Minimum of 3
years + with Leading OTC Brands like Colorbar, Maybelline ,Revlon,
Kiehls, Loreal Paris etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English is
must.
Extensive knowledge of different kinds of cosmetics, and hair and skincare
products
Ability to demonstrate the proper use of various products in skin, hair and
Makeup
Must be well groomed.
Helps customers find the products that best suit their skin and hair types and makeup requirement

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Staff rostering for shift and leave application management in discussion with
Store manager.
Sending daily sales report/cash pick up/stock management along with store
manager.She will be wholely responsible whenver store manager is on off
or leave.
Responsible for maintaining excellent service quality and handling client
complaints.
Maintain hygiene and upkeep of store.
Run campaigns and promo successfully at store level. Maximum utilization.
