Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician to provide high-quality beauty and personal care services to clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in skincare, hair, and makeup services, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, cleanup, and skincare treatments
Perform basic hair services (hair spa, hair styling, hair smoothening assistance)
Offer makeup services for parties, bridal, and special occasions
Conduct skin and hair consultations and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of tools and workstations
Ensure customer comfort and high service standards
Promote salon services and beauty products
Maintain client records and appointment schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of proven experience as a Beautician (salon/spa experience preferred)
Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology
Good knowledge of skincare products, tools, and techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Well-groomed and professional appearance

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Bridal makeup experience
Knowledge of latest beauty trends and techniques
Product sales and upselling skills
Experience with premium or luxury salon services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
