Beautician ( Female )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team at Normal Pink N Bloos Salon & Parlour. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all basic beauty services and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional beauty services including:
• Facial treatments
• Threading, waxing, and bleaching
• Manicure and pedicure
• Basic and advanced haircuts
• Hair styling, coloring, and spa
• Bridal makeup and saree draping (optional)
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable services
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and tools
• Upsell beauty products and treatments
• Keep up with latest beauty trends and techniques
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beautician or relevant certification in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy
• Knowledge of skin and hair care treatments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shift timings, especially weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
