Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team at Normal Pink N Bloos Salon & Parlour. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all basic beauty services and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional beauty services including: Facial treatments Threading, waxing, and bleaching Manicure and pedicure Basic and advanced haircuts Hair styling, coloring, and spa Bridal makeup and saree draping (optional) Understand client needs and suggest suitable services Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and tools Upsell beauty products and treatments Keep up with latest beauty trends and techniques Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally Requirements: Proven experience as a Beautician or relevant certification in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy Knowledge of skin and hair care treatments Good communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, well-groomed appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible with shift timings, especially weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
