Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Load materials, set operational parameters, and monitor the milling process to achieve the desired particle size and slurry consistency.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform minor repairs.
Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of operational data, production logs, and material usage.
Collaboration: Work effectively with other operators, production staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating bead mills, understanding of milling processes, and ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
