Job Description

We are looking BDM Profile in Mohali Location .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote dental diagnostic services, equipment, or products in the assigned territory.
Identify and build strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular visits to dental practitioners to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Negotiate business terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of dentists, clinics, and institutions, and ensure regular follow-up for business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of business agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical marketing practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of the dental industry, products, and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to network with dentists, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals.
Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) preferred / MBA in Marketing / Graduate in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field.
Experience:
15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the dental/healthcare sector.
Fresh dentists with interest in sales/BD profile can also apply.
