Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
  • Drive assigned targets by developing quality BA’s(Advisors)
  • Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency targets.
  • Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and activation.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Associates.
  • Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill development of the Business associates
  • Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updates
  • Set goals, review performance of BA’s
  • Channel Development
  • Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through direct sales and Agency model
  • Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads.
  • Agency Channel Development
  • Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors and leaders (APs/ADMs).
  • Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewards.
  • Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and ensure field governance.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Gather and analyze competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategies.
  • Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies.
