BDE (Telugu / Marathi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective students and parents.
• Explain course details, program benefits, and career outcomes in a clear and engaging way.
• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with leads.
• Understand the learner’s needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
• Update lead details and communication history accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams for campaign feedback and lead quality.
• Participate in weekly meetings, product training, and performance reviews.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in Marathi or Telugu (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms or sales CRM tools (preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (EdTech preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
