Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for diagnostic and pathology services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and collection centers.
  • Promote laboratory tests and specialized diagnostic services through regular field visits and customer meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Conduct marketing activities, CMEs, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sample collection, report delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in diagnostic lab / pathology / healthcare sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
