Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Business Development & Operations Executive to manage manpower deployment for Zepto warehouses and generate new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for daily manpower coordination, employee deployment, attendance tracking, salary coordination, lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and provide manpower for Zepto warehouses as per daily requirements.
• Manage daily employee deployment, attendance tracking, and salary coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth manpower operations.
• Handle day-to-day manpower-related queries and operational requirements.
• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
• Conduct cold calling and client outreach to develop business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and schedule business meetings.
• Convert potential leads into business opportunities and new clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records in CRM and Excel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of business and operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Operations, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong coordination and manpower management abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, email, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to manage manpower coordination and daily operational activities.
