Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT/Digital Marketing Projects Location: Mohali, [Work Type – On-site] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives Company Overview: We are a growing IT and Digital Marketing company focused on delivering innovative solutions in web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing services. We are looking to hire a result-oriented and motivated Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in online bidding and lead generation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Draft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and submit timely bids on relevant projects. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through email communication, LinkedIn outreach, and other professional channels. Understand client needs in IT services and digital marketing, and recommend appropriate service solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (Development, Marketing, and Design) to develop project estimates, proposals, and scope of work documents. Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM, providing regular updates and reports on lead status and conversion. Meet and exceed monthly business development targets. Requirements: Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar freelance platforms. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools. Good understanding of IT and digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and website/app development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to write customized and persuasive proposals. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or a similar client-facing role in the IT or digital marketing industry.
