As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our leading Digital Marketing company, your role is crucial in driving sales, acquiring new clients, and building a strong sales team to achieve business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our Digital Marketing Services, conducting client meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for Digital Marketing Services including Website Development, SEO, SMO, SMM, and Google Ads. - Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to convert potential leads into long-term clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets. - Generate leads through networking, references, field sales, and digital platforms. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to deliver tailored solutions to clients. - Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to achieve business targets. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent (MBA preferred). - 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales in Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising industry. - Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, and Branding. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. - Strong leadership qualities with experience in building and managing a sales team. - Willingness to travel for field meetings and client acquisition. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
