As a dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA)/ Sr. (BDA) at our fast-growing team, you will drive our sales efforts by engaging with potential students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards success in the tech industry. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to exceed sales targets, directly contributing to our mission of shaping the future of tech professionals in India. Your key responsibilities will involve initiating conversations with potential students, offering personalized advice on how our programs can help them succeed, evaluating prospects" goals to ensure a strong fit with our offerings, maintaining regular engagement with clients, and striving to meet individual and team sales targets through a proactive approach. It is essential to stay updated on our program offerings and continuously enhance your knowledge to provide expert guidance to prospective students. The ideal candidate for this role can be a fresher or experienced individual in the EdTech industry with an interest in sales or business development. A bachelor's degree in any stream is required, while a degree in B. Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, or M.Tech is preferred. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication in English, excellent customer engagement and relationship-building abilities, a passion for sales and target achievement, the capacity to explain complex ideas clearly, and a basic understanding of Lead Squared (LSQ) CRM or other CRM tools. Prior experience in K12+ EdTech Sales, familiarity with tech products and services, or experience in sales with a ticket size of 50,000 or higher are preferred skills. The work schedule for this full-time, on-site position includes working Wednesday to Sunday with fixed Monday & Tuesday off, from 12 PM to 9 PM.
