  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant certificate
  • Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
  • Compose letters, memos and emails
  • Experience in bookkeeping, and data processing preferred
  • Knowledge of specific software programs, including Word, and Excel.
  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  • Able to work independently
  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
