Need to work as a team lead in one or more Temenos T24 projects. Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators. Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead Regular status reporting to the stakeholders and onsite coordinators Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis. Facilitate handoff to clients and monitor support and handover activities. Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to participate in orals and win proposals. Building a quality culture Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies Foster teamwork and lead by example Training and mentoring of project resources. Skills and attributes for success Functional attributes: Strong Capability to architect highly scalable distributed systems that event driven Expertise in Functional aspects of the Product and able to play the Business Analyst role with experience inrequirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams/banks and experience inProduct testing. Exposure in conducting or participating in product demonstration and assessment studies. Good understanding of the Core Banking architecture, administration, confi guration, data structure. Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, Retail and Commercial Deposits,Lending, Compliance, including product parametrisation and set up. Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and Core Banking modules like Deposits, Lending,Accounting, combined with good understanding of GL in FIS Experience in designing and developing high level functional requirements, test and validate the projectdeliverables against the requirements. Excellent business communication skills Experience in preparing Test Planning, Test Strategy ,Test Design , Execution & Documentation process Thorough Understanding & Mapping of Business Situation Excellent knowledge Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Have Rational Analysis & Logical Thinking Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning,Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff. Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direct Good Leadership skills Excellent client-facing skills MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience
