Job description BCG Expand are seeking a Lead Analyst to help support and drive a large, growing book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector in the REBEX (Retail Banking Excellence) team. The successful candidate will be expected to successfully contribute to revenue growth and innovation to their domain and ensure successful completion of projects with experience and flexibility. The Lead Analyst will manage client projects in the region, supporting clients’ strategic decisions through BCG Expand’s syndicated benchmarking and market research. A significant part of the role will involve in-depth discussions with clients, including C-suite executives, to guide strategic decisions using insights and analysis. We are looking for a proactive, curious, and diligent individual—a systematic and articulate problem solver who will play a key role in the Retail Banking Practice Area.
